8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamilnadu, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamilnadu, India.
By using the Payment Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Portal. These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
